The Check-in service is available M-F: 8 am - 5 pm,  Sat: 9 am - 3 pm, Sun: 9 am - 2 pm.  This service can be used for same-day check-in only.

Check-in Express helps put the patient in control by allowing them to check in from their phone and get a text when a room is ready.

This service is free for patients to use.  Simply text in the code, answer a few short questions via SMS text, and we will automatically confirm that we are holding your place in line.

Remember, we are holding your place in line.  This service is not an appointment, and does not guarantee a specific time on when you will be seen or treated.

Do I get an appointment time?

Check-in Express is not an appointment system.  You are holding your place in line.

Am I guaranteed that I will see a doctor as soon as I arrive?

No, it is not. The clinic will do its best to see when you arrive, but if there are sicker patients ahead of you, they may be seen first.

What does this service cost?

Nothing. It is absolutely free for patients.  Note that you may incur fees from your mobile phone carrier for sending / receiving SMS text messages, based on your plan.

Can I use check-in even if I do not have insurance? What about Medicare or Medicaid?

The Check-in Express service is free for everyone.  When you arrive at the clinic, you will be responsible for a co-pay based on your form of insurance.

What happens if I'm late?

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than that time frame, you may lose your spot in line.

What if I make a reservation, and then start feeling a lot worse?

If you are feeling worse, do NOT wait for your reservation. Go to the Urgent Care clinic immediately. If you feel that your condition is 'life threatening', call 911 right away.

When I arrive, will I see a doctor right away?

You will be seen by a healthcare professional who will evaluate your condition and decide on the best course of action for you. You may be seen by a nurse, physician, physician assistant, or some other combination of healthcare professionals.

I don't need to go to the clinic anymore. How do I cancel my reservation?

Call the location where you made your reservation, ask to speak to the front desk, and tell them that you are canceling your spot in line.

I made a reservation, but now I cannot get there on time. Can I adjust my time?

Just call the clinic and let us know.  We will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to get you in right away.
