Unlike other walk-in clinics in the area, the physician owners at Urgent Care Center of SWFL are all board certified in emergency medicine with more than 25 years of experience. Our team of doctors currently work with and in area hospitals, emergency rooms, and specialized medical centers. To ensure the best possible care and referrals for our patients the Urgent Care Center physicians and staff work together closely with primary care physicians and top specialists.
Our emergency-medicine trained physicians provide advanced medical care for the whole family, including infants with minor ailments.

We are passionate about providing affordable health care. Our costs are lower than an emergency room visit, with or without insurance.
Insurance Co-payments are payable in full at time of service.
If your insurance company is not in our network (see list), full payment is due at time of service. We provide you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.
There is an immediate significant discount for self-pay or out of network insurance.
UCC accepts all major credit cards.
Please note: We are not Medicaid providers, and therefore will not be able to provide services to Medicaid cardholder members (including all branches of Medicaid—Staywell/Wellcare, Medipass, Amerigroup/Ameripass, and Florida Kid Care).
We do not accept appointments, but we do encourage you to let us know you are coming by Pre-registering online so you are already in line and given priority when you arrive.
While wait times may vary throughout the day, at UCC you will be greeted promptly. We believe courtesy counts, and upon your arrival, we will let you know your current wait time. If you need to run a quick errand in the meantime, we understand. We can take your cell phone and call you when your time is close.
During seasonal months, the wait time for a typical emergency-room visit in Lee County can stretch to eight hours. At Urgent Care Center of SWFL, you can expect a fraction of the wait time, if any-at a fraction of the cost.

Urgent Care Center of Southwest Florida will provide influenza immunizations beginning September 13th for adults and children age 9 and up. Click here for more information from the CDC.
Everyone 6 months of age and older should get the flu vaccine. For children less than 9 years of age, please contact your pediatrician. The Urgent Care Center of Southwest Florida will vaccinate any person who is 9 years of age or older.
This year the H1N1 is included with the seasonal vaccine. You will only need one shot if you are 9 years of age or older.
The cost of influenza shot is $25.00 at the time of service. If you have Medicare or Blue Cross Blue Shield we will bill your insurance provider and there will be no out of pocket expense.
